Quebec Lamb
Suggestion from our chefs:
In a bowl, combine apple juice, rosemary-infused olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and rosemary. Add the lamb slices and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Grill them for about 6 minutes per side, rotating them 45 degrees to create a nice grid pattern. Serve with rice and seasonal vegetables.
