There are so many recipes you can make with bread. You can toast these slices of bread and brush them with churned honey.
Another idea? Cut the slices diagonally and add a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt, lemon pepper, and herbes de Provence, then grill them under a salamander or in the oven at 425°F, turning them over when they are golden brown. They can also be served as croutons for your cheese or salmon tartare plates, beef tartare, or even... lamb tartare!
